This article addresses an issue users may face when adding license plates created on Excel
Black and White lists for RoadAI an be imported as a .csv or .txt file which can be created on applications such as Microsoft Excel, Notepad.
However, when creating Black and White lists on Microsoft Excel where number plates contain duplicate letters and/or numbers users will find that the majority of number plates have been omitted.
RoadAI uses a logic that prevents adding the same license place in the same or different lists, it prevents importing duplicated numbers.
Currently the license plate lists only supports Latin symbols, and does not currently support special characters.
When opening the file with Notepad for example users will find that double apostrophes are included in the string of text. See below.
These need to be removed. Hence it is best to use applications such as Notepad.
