If you can log into SSM 2.10 or 2.11 and can see the SSM Server and the devices within SSM but they are showing offline, check the following:
- Ensure devices are connected: If the devices are set as Disconnected, set them to Connect and the device should then appear online in SSM
- Ensure the Server and Client applications are the the same version
