This article describes how to receive an alert in SSM 2.10 when a camera input is triggered, when the camera is connected to a NVR.
On the NVR, turn on the Sensor Operation for the camera you want to receive alarm input status from:
Also turn on camera events for the camera:
On SSM, add the sensor. To do this click on Alarm Inputs/Outputs on the NVR:
Select the sensors you want to add:
Then Disconnect and Connect the NVR as you've made changes on the NVR:
You can then create a cause and effect
Select the Sensor:
Then you can select what camera pop to show or what layout to display:
