SSM 2.10 Tips & Tricks

 1. The limitation of creating User and Group
      - There is no limitation regarding creation.
      - The number of concurrent users is limited up to 35 per server.
 
2. Cycle of Connection Check
      - SUNAPI protocol used in our camera / NVR is HTTP protocol and has a stateless feature.
      - So, to check the connection status with the equipment, it sends a separate command to check if
         it is connected periodically.
      - A separate command cycle currently requests a command every 15 seconds.
      - If it is determined that the connection is lost, try to reconnect. Reconnection attempts are made
         every 10 seconds.
 
3. E-mail Alarm of inappropriate login attempt at SSM
      - If you set e-mail alarm in SSM, you can receive a warning e-mail of inappropriate login attempt.
      - Setting: Console Client >> Configuration >>System >> Maintenance >> E-mail
      - Message example:
           Time: 2020.02.17 14:59:47
           UserID: admin
           IpAddress: 169.254.12.3   # SSM server ip
           MissCount: 3
