Issue: DVR on SSM Dashboard
Resolution:
When you use ‘Dashboard’ in SSM 2.10, DVR is not a default model of device currently.
For DVR, you need to edit ‘config.ini’ file of MediaServer like below. Sometimes, it couldn’t be editable because of permission issue. If so, after creating config.ini in the other directory, and then move the file to MediaServer directory.
For getting more information on SSM dashboard, you should set SNMP in the connected device.
1. Modify ‘config’ file in MediaServer
- Add ‘DVR_DASHBOARD=1’ in the file

* Note:
Even if the DVR is displayed on the SSM Dashboard and appears to be properly connected to SSM through this method, it’s important to note that DVRs are not compatible with the Wisenet Mobile app due to specification limitations. Therefore, DVR-related channels cannot be viewed through the Wisenet Mobile app when linked with SSM.
