If you have no audio on your live and recorded video stream, check the following settings to ensure you have the configuration correct:
Audio is enabled per camera profile. If you cannot hear audio on your camera, ensure it is enabled for the profile you are viewing:
Ensure you have the correct Audio In source selected:
You may also need to supply the microphone with power via the camera, Hanwha cameras can supply 2.5VDC up to 4mA via the 3.5mm microphone jack or from another source
The camera will support microphones with TS and TRS connectors; it will not support microphones with TRRS connectors
TS is a mono microphone connector with one band/two sections:
