Wisenet Mobile enables users to monitor their system from their Mobile device, the App is available for Android and IOS devices.
Prerequisites
- Setting up your Wisenet DDNS
- Port Forwarding on your Router
- Ports 4510-4517 and 9999 needs to be forwarded to your SSM Server's internal IP
Adding SSM Server to Wisenet Mobile

Login to your SSM Console Client from your PC
- Open the Configuration tab by clicking the + button
- Go to Device Registration, and select the SSM Server you would like to Add to your Wisenet Mobile.
- Tick Enable Wisenet DDNS, and enter your Product ID as configured on Wisenet DDNS (Prerequisites' Step 1)
- Open your Wisenet Mobile app (Screenshots are taken from the Android app, but IOS procedures are identical)

Tab on the + button in the middle, or the 3 Dots on the top right to add device
- Input all the required information.
- Product ID (from Step 4)
- ID and Password (from Step 1)

Tab OK and it will show all the channels added to this SSM Server, you could select to show or hide any of the channels on the app.
- Tab OK again to exit to main screen and only showing your selected channels.
- Tab on the channel to show Live video, and drag the timeline to show Playback.
