If video playback is possible on the NVR locally, its web page and via a VMS such as SSM but not on the Wisenet Mobile app, please check the time and date on the NVR.
Wisenet Mobile timeline will show the video playback in terms of x seconds and minutes from the present time.
The NVR & SSM timeline will show the video based on the timestamps of the video meaning the timeline is loaded to adjust to the timestamps.
If the time and date on the recorder is set to a time and date far away from the present time and date, Wisenet Mobile won't be able to display this on its timeline and gives the appearance that playback isn't loading correctly on Wisenet Mobile.
Exercise caution when changing the time and date on the NVR as if the time and date is out by more than than the current retention period, the video will be deleted. For example, if the time and date on the recorder is two months out and the retention period is 1 month, then changing the time to the correct time will delete all video.
