We have been made aware of an issue where Wave Client freezes and/or shows an OpenGL error.
This issue has been seen mostly on Intel UHD Graphics 630 systems.
The developers are currently working on a fix to be included in the next release of Wave.
In the meantime,
- It is recommended to downgrade the graphics driver on the Wave client PC to the earliest version available as this issue only affects recent graphics drivers releases from Intel.
- As this issue only affects onboard UHD graphics, another option would be to install an additional graphics card in the Wave client PC.
