Wisenet Wave can be updated in a few different ways, the easiest way is using the in-client update feature, this can be used for both public patches as well as private patches that you may be asked to install by Hanwha Technical Support to resolve specific issues on your system.
Contact your local Hanwha technical support office for the most up-to-date patches.
Please Note - An internet connection on your Wave server is required to use this feature.
To update Wave using the in-client method.
- Open the System Administration menu and click on the Updates tab.
- Click on Update to Specific Build
- Enter the version and password supplied to you by Hanwha technical support and press Select Version.
- Wave Client will being to download the update to ALL servers that are on-line.
- Once the update had downloaded, click upgrade.
- Once the upgrade has completed, ALL Wave servers will restart.
