From firmware version 5.x.x onwards Hanwha recorders have improved remote connection capabilities, utilizing P2P (QR Code) and DDNS method seemlessly.
Customers are required to removed recorders added to Wisenet Mobile using the QR code from previous firmware version. Then add the recorders to Wisenet Mobile using the new QR code created in firmware 5.x.x onwards.
