The SRN series of recorders are now end of life and as such not all later generation cameras are compatible with them. The table below shows what cameras; older Q-Series, newer Q-Series, X-Series and ONVIF cameras are compatible with the SRN NVRs

Please note, you may be able to add a incompatible camera to a SRN via RTSP (ensure RTP without authentication is ticked on the camera more info here), this allows only the video stream to be sent to the SRN, no alarms, analytics or PTZ movement is supported via this method

***Some of the SRNs were released before the concept of ONVIF profiles was contrived, so they have basic ONVIF compatibility, which modern cameras have done away with in favour of the ONVIF profiles.
****The 4-channels SRNS may be running firmware that supports only Samsung cameras, ONVIF support was not enabled in later firmware. While it may be possible to downgrade to an earlier firmware version, this is not advised and may break the NVR
