If Wave Sync has stopped working it could be a port issue
To test the necessary ports are open, use the python script found at the end of this article
Instructions for use in a Windows environment
Download Python 3.10 from the Microsoft store
Run script by right clicking on it and selecting run with Python 3.10
Instructions for use in a Linux environment
Type in command window:
python wavesync_passlist_checkup.py
In both environments the ports checked should appear open, if they do not there may be an issue with the router, firewall or network blocking the Wave Synch ports 80 and 443
