Please follow the below instructions:

1. Download the resource_data.json file via:

2. Stop the WAVE VMS server

3. Put the resource_data.json to the following path:

C:\Program Files\Hanwha\Wisenet Wave\MediaServer

4. Start the WAVE VMS server

5. Remove the Dahua camera from the WAVE server, then re-add it back to the server.
