In some cases Hanwha Techwin Technical Support may request for CS and CORE logs from recorders
To do this -
Open a web browser and enter the following address in the address bar:
http://192.168.1.100/index.php/cslog
Replace the IP address above with that of your recorder
You will be prompted with the screen below, enter the admin user credentials and click on the requested button.
This screen may vary based on product
This will generate .dat file and prompt you to download
