If your AI Search results in no results found, this article will explain what settings need to be configured to show these event in the AI Search listings.
An AI event is classed as an Object Detection event e.g. person or vehicle detection. An IVA Object Detection event can be received by a NVR but it will not appear in the AI Search section, these types of events can be searched for in the Event Search in the Search section.
Only certain cameras will show AI events; AI cameras e.g. PNO-A9081 and C Core cameras e.g. QNO-C9083R support AI events. Cameras without a 'A' or 'C' in their model code will not create AI events.
On C Core cameras, enable both Object Dection:
And Detection Shot:
On AI cameras, open the WiseAI app and enable Object Detection :
And Bestshot:
Verify these events are being detected by the camera by looking at the camera Event log:
On the NVR, create an Event Rule for Object Detection events on the camera(s):
The event trigger will either be Object Dection:
Or OpenSDK.WiseAi.ObjectDetection:
After the Event Rules have been created, the NVR must be rebooted. This will ensure the rules are saved and actioned.
The AI Search should then be populated with AI events from the cameras:
Please note, attributes such as the vehicle colour are only supported on AI cameras, the C Core camera do not support this feature and will return no results if these search parameters are used.
