When attempting to export recorded video footage on Pentabrid DVR, you may receive the following error message:
In order to resolve this, the following must be done:
1. Create a layout by selecting the '+' symbol
2. Configure a name for the Layout and save the layout by selecting the 'Save' icon.
3. Export
Now when selecting the 'Export' icon at the bottom of the Monitoring window, a new window will open.
The new window is the export window.
4. Select the layout you wish to export from and select the specific channel(s) you would like to export the footage from.
Define a start and end time, and configure a file name.
5. Once that has been done, you can start the video export by pressing OK.
