The RTSP and HTTP ports of the DVR/NVR need to be open/port forwarded on your router, in order to connect to the DVR/NVR remotely via Wisenet Mobile or a VMS
The RTSP and HTTP ports are 558 and 80 respectively by default and can be found in the network settings of the DVR/NVR
On older DVRs the RTSP port is 4524, the RTSP port is the last one in the device port range
