The HRX will have its DHCP server turned on by default. This can conflict with a routers DHCP server. This can cause devices on the local network to loose their internet connection and cause the Wisenet Mobile app to also loose it connection to the HRX
To solve this, ensure the DHCP server on the HRX is stopped:
On the HRX settings go to Settings-> Network->DHCP Server->Network and click on Setup
On the drop down box select Stop:
The DHCP server is now stopped, ensure you click ok to apply these changes
Test the connection from the mobile app again, it should now be connecting to the HRX
