There are different RTSP addresses between SRD and HRD, even though those are the same product line as a DVR. Additionally, please keep below in mind when checking the RTSP address of DVR.
1) Channel number starts 0, not 1
2) Device port should be the last one in the Device Port range (default 558)
1. SRD series
- rtsp://<SRD_IP>:<Last Device Port>/<Channel>
- example) rtsp://192.168.2.220:558/0
2. HRD & HRX series
- rtsp://<HRD_IP>:<Last Device Port>/LiveChannel/<Channel>/media.smp/profile=<no>
- example) rtsp://192.168.2.220:558/LiveChannel/0/media.smp/profile=1
- Note: Both the HRD and HRX models use the same SUNAPI protocol as our NVRs, so the RTSP URL format is also the same as that used for NVRs.
