Working with the PNM-9320VQP Network vandal outdoor Multi-sensor Multi-Directional camera,
if on the upgrade setup screen the Fixed channel ISP is displayed as below (00_000000), the camera may have a fixed lens module issue.
To verify, please check the system log under logs
If any of the fixed lenses modules show a recent ISP booting fail, please try to re-seat the lens, than re-boot.
If this does not resolve the issue, please change the lens module with a replacement.
After the ISP fixed channel booting errors are resolved, the upgrade screen should look like blow.
